  • Function description
  • The FX / Rates Sales will work within the CTS Corporate Treasury Sales team in Milan. The team structures and sells Foreign Exchange / Interest Rate derivatives hedging solutions to Italian Corporate Banking clients through various channels (voice and e-commerce). The FX / Rates Sales will be responsible for an assigned client portfolio and/or geographical area.

    Specific tasks related to the position include:

    • Sales, advice, and execution of OTC products for existing and potential UniCredit clients
    • Identifying and managing the main financial risk needs of Italian corporates
    • Supporting Relationship Managers with MIFID regulatory needs, documentation, pre-settlement line calculation, and all related post-sales activities
    • Providing pricing, verifying documentation adequacy, and executing deals
    • Promoting a risk management culture among clients in collaboration with other product lines
    • Contributing to the development of new business opportunities within the main mandate

    Requirements include:

    • Up to 2 years since graduation or current graduation in Economics, Business Management, Quantitative Finance, or Mathematics
    • Passion for markets and macroeconomics
    • Self-starter with strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Fluency in Italian and English
    • Problem-solving attitude
    • Digital orientation
    • Programming knowledge (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, VBA) is a plus
