We are looking for a Client Services Specialist (Remote, Freelance) with at least 5 years of experience in digital and creative environments. A professional who can combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution: confident in managing client relationships, coordinating a team, and, when needed, jumping in to craft impactful proposals, decks, and presentations. This role requires a strong mix of client partnership, business development, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and act as a partner to drive ongoing retainers and project work from delivery to long-term growth.
• Transform agency proposals into compelling offers, bringing together the elements needed to win.
• Identify and execute opportunities to upsell and expand existing client relationships.
• Collaborate on new business contexts, from preparing proposals to meeting potential clients.
• Coordinate a team and, when needed, contribute to crafting proposals, decks, and presentations.
• Lead and contribute to mid- to large-scale digital and creative projects; coordinate junior teammates as appropriate.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1–C2 level).
• 5 years of experience in client services, account management, or project management in a digital or creative agency.
• Strong ability to manage and grow client partnerships.
• Experience in preparing impactful proposals, pitches, and presentations.
• Strong upselling mindset with proven ability to identify new opportunities.
• Familiarity with remote work. Hands-on attitude, able to both lead and execute when necessary.
