The Role

As Client Services Manager

You will work within the Client Services team, which is part of the wider Operations team.

Your main responsibilities include creating and nurturing long-term relationships with sales partners, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction, and safeguarding revenue and client retention. You should be an excellent communicator, capable of understanding client needs and brainstorming solutions.

You will build deep relationships with sales partners, working to unlock their clients' potential through top-tier service, expertise, creative problem-solving, and prompt responses. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with teams in Operations, Deal Delivery, and Audience Development.

Responsibilities
  1. Build relationships with key stakeholders among sales partners
  2. Create plans to address their business needs
  3. Schedule regular meetings to ensure satisfaction
  4. Educate sales partners on new opportunities
  5. Assist sales in up-selling or cross-selling services and products
  6. Respond to brief requests with attractive offerings
  7. Provide necessary reporting for sales partners and clients
  8. Leverage the Deal Delivery team to meet budgets and exceed KPIs
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs
  10. Promote value through excellent client experience
  11. Review and improve client satisfaction and address concerns
Requirements
  • Proven experience in roles such as Client Relations Manager, Relationship Manager, or Customer Success Manager within martech or adtech
  • Experience in promoting value through customer experience
  • Background in digital advertising
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team
