LePub, part of Publicis Groupe, Milan, seeks a Global Account Director with 15+ years of agency experience to lead senior client relationships and drive integrated campaigns across international markets. You will guide strategy, nurture teams, and ensure profitable growth while collaborating with global clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires exceptional communication and leadership, with English fluency essential and Italian a plus.

Overview

We are looking for a Global Account Director.

the successful candidate will join the team and bring 15+ years of experience, ideally gained within an agency environment similar to LePub.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and nurture senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Drive the development and delivery of integrated communication projects, ensuring excellence across all touchpoints.
• Oversee account profitability, growth opportunities, and long-term business development.
• Provide strategic guidance based on market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape analysis.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional and account teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams, guaranteeing timely and high-quality delivery.
• Participate in business development activities, pitches, and client presentations to support agency growth.
• Champion the highest standards of client service, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Qualifications

Who you are:

• 15+ years of experience managing integrated communication campaigns within international advertising and creative agencies.
• Proven experience leading global and multi-market clients, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and driving business growth opportunities.
• A strong background in team leadership, mentoring, and developing high-performing account teams.
• Extensive experience overseeing complex projects, budgets, and account profitability.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, international environments.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented mindset, combined with a genuine passion for communication and brand building.
• Professional fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Compensation

Annual Gross Salary Range (RAL)

€95,000 – €110,000

• The salary range has been determined based on objective and neutral criteria, including role responsibilities, required competencies, organizational level, market benchmarks, and internal equity considerations.
• The indicated salary range is valid at the time of publication. The Company reserves the right to update it if necessary.
