As our new Client Services Assistant (Corporate Receptionist), you’ll be the first impression and the steady hand behind a busy, high-performing office that’s about to grow across floors. This is a full-time role for someone who thrives in the centre of it all - someone who notices what others don’t, acts before being asked, and brings calm, clarity, and confidence to every interaction.

You’ll be the go-to for clients, visitors, and colleagues alike, owning the front-of-house experience, coordinating meeting spaces and events, supporting new starters, and keeping the wheels turning across facilities and day-to-day operations. It’s a role that demands presence, polish, and a proactive mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creating a warm, professional welcome for clients, visitors, and staff

Managing reception operations - calls, inbox, couriers, and guest logistics

Coordinating meeting rooms, catering, and AV / VC setup

Supporting internal events and inter-office travel arrangements

Assisting with onboarding and induction for new starters

Liaising with building management and suppliers

Managing security and access passes

Helping maintain a safe, compliant, and well-presented office environment

Providing administrative support to teams and partners as needed
