Job Description:

Deal with overall relationship with our Payment & Cash Management Wholesale Banking clients; in close concert with Relationship Management and Transaction Services, apply the conditions to ensure that client satisfaction targets are met, implement commercial and operational quality of service, and minimize reputational and operational risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the Client Services Account Management department and handle day-to-day servicing of local or foreign subsidiaries of Corporate Clients and Financial Institutions with multiple WB daily banking products. For local clients with activities in multiple countries, ensure cross-product and cross-country service delivery.
  • Contribute to process changes and implementation in local and Group tools.
  • Implement the client service strategy per client, maintaining operational excellence and providing top service.
  • Support the Head of Client Services in incident coordination and management.
  • Participate in product and business process projects related to client services, both local and Group-wide. Contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and control of operational processes within the local CS organization.
  • Ensure personal contribution to CS Network activities and initiatives.
  • Follow all procedures within ING and the CS Area, complying with regulations, ORM/Compliance/Legal policies, guidelines, and data protection laws.
  • Interact internally with Local Client Coverage, Corporate Lending, Financial Markets, Finance, and Risks, as well as with Corporate Clients and Financial Institutions.
  • Participate in change management projects as a team member.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a commercial/customer service role within an international banking environment.
  • Experience in back office operations, preferably within Wholesale Banking.
  • Understanding of banking products and environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
