Descrizione del lavoro

We are looking for a full-time Client Advisor for Sanremo Outlet (Temporary contract aimed at permanent hire). The Client Advisor represents the Company with clients in our Boutique. He / She is a professional in the sales of luxury goods and is responsible for the satisfaction and loyalty of every customer. He / She cooperates for reaching the qualitative and quantitative goals set in their Store.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Is polyvalent, constantly operating to serve the store, with the aim of achieving the highest customer satisfaction.
  • Is aligned to the style and to the Brand qualitative standards during the whole sales process and after-sales.
  • Cooperates with colleagues to create a positive environment and pays attention to performance levels.
  • Receives and displays products according to procedures.
  • Maintains a tidy workspace according to Company guidelines.
  • Follows the Company standards throughout the sales process.
  • Provides and maintains a high level of customer service.
  • Manages commercial relations with clients to ensure the highest satisfaction.
  • Handles client management & CRM activities.
  • Ensures efficient after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction and promote brand loyalty.
  • Handles claims with supervisor support.
  • Turns every customer interaction into a positive experience, promoting the Brand image.
  • Communicates client information to Management.
  • Follows up on clients' requests.
  • Participates in product presentations.
  • Knows all products in his/her category and stays updated on all store products.
  • Ensures proper care of the store environment.

PROFILE

  • Experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
  • Alignment with Loro Piana brand and products.
  • Strong luxury touch and approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Nice to have: Russian speaker.
