Roles & Responsibilities
- Enrich business growth
- Achieve targets for retained client groups
- Update knowledge about market, clients, and competitors
- Analyze client groups and participate in strategy development to exploit market potential, especially with premier and strategic partners
- Proactively create and maintain client relationships
- Monitor and provide timely solutions to ensure business performance for clients
- Deliver consultancy to clients & internal teams to ensure service quality
- Explore needs of premier and strategic partners to advise on YouNet Media’s solutions
- Build YouNet Media’s image as an industry leader through solution consulting meetings and market analysis presentations
- Manage research projects with clients
- Support compliance and service quality improvement through feedback based on research & marcom knowledge
- Propose ideas for new product development based on customer and competitor insights
- Manage operation excellence and work process upgrades
- Monitor and propose solutions to maintain departmental operational quality
- Manage P&L of assigned client groups

Requirements
Education
BA in economics, business administration, or marketing
Knowledge
Thorough understanding of brand strategy, communication strategy, social media platforms, and research
Skills
- Strong leadership for clients & internal teams
- Logical and critical thinking
- Clear and simple communication skills
- Excellent internal and client-facing communication skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to collaborate effectively and handle pressure
Experience
- At least 6 years in marketing, communication, market research, or consulting
- At least 4 years in team/department management
- Mature in handling complex situations and briefs
- Experience managing multiple priorities and projects
