Who You Are

  • +6 years of experience in commercial advertising with clients or agencies in media/online sales
  • Knowledge of online and offline media; creative with audio and digital client solutions
  • Strong negotiation skills; consultative and product selling abilities
  • Experience building pipelines and exceeding goals
  • Proficient in reports and presentations (Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote)
  • Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem
  • Fluent in Italian and English, spoken and written

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and position Spotify as a strategic partner
  • Sell audio formats, video, display advertising, and other ad spaces to grow revenue
  • Collaborate across marketing and agency departments to deliver successful campaigns
  • Coordinate with planning teams and stakeholders to build ad campaigns
  • Partner with internal teams to increase revenue
  • Focus on consultative brand selling to help clients achieve their objectives
  • Meet and exceed advertising revenue goals
  • Maintain high-volume client engagement and represent Spotify at events
  • Accurate forecasting and reporting using Salesforce
