Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Manager to promote our offerings to clients in the Italian market, developing new opportunities especially in Central Italy and the Motor Valley.

Your contributions in this role include:

• Growing and evolving activities in the Automotive sector through an entrepreneurial approach
• Identifying opportunities and expanding the service portfolio in Sales & After Sales, System Engineering, Production, and Connected Customer Journey
• Managing project P&L and customer satisfaction
• Increasing NTT DATA's visibility with key stakeholders
• Collaborating with Italian and European delivery teams
• Managing client relationships, sales and presales activities, and leading project and service proposals

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in the automotive sector, particularly in commercial processes and connectivity topics
• Experience managing clients and projects with a focus on quality and profitability
• Proven knowledge of client stakeholders in the Automotive sector
• Ability to work in teams within complex organizations
• Good command of English
