We are looking for a Client Manager to be employed in our Milan office.

Role Purpose

As a Client Manager, you will work closely with clients, overseeing their creative projects and campaigns across both traditional and digital channels. You will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day interactions, ensuring client needs are met efficiently and helping to drive growth through long-term relationships. Your role will also involve supporting the wider account team by integrating strategies across multiple communication channels, including social media, digital platforms, and traditional marketing approaches. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building trust and ensuring successful client outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Understand the client’s business and goals to provide tailored solutions across traditional and digital media.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and digital / social media strategies to guide client campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met quickly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback and improve campaign concepts, focusing on both social media and broader communication channels.
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Monitor and manage project financials, ensuring proper budget control, timely invoicing, and accurate reporting.
  • Manage and review SOWs (Scope of Work) and contracts, ensuring they align with client expectations and scope.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in client management, ideally across both traditional and digital / social marketing channels.
  • Strong knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and traditional media strategies, with the ability to apply these to diverse client needs.
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing high-profile projects in international agencies or similar environments.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude, with the ability to integrate digital, social, and traditional strategies into cohesive client solutions.
  • Solid understanding of financial and legal aspects of project management, including budget oversight, SOW management, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Strong skills in monitoring and controlling the financial aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with both client goals and budget constraints.
