Job summary

Kyndryl Italia Innovation Services is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with customer delivery teams and deploy AI-enabled solutions in production environments. You will build, prototype, and deliver production-ready components, with guidance from senior engineers.

This role emphasizes outcomes over experiments, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to grow in modern AI tools and enterprise cloud platforms.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Python or similar modern language with AI/ML familiarity.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle and version control.
Experience with cloud AI platforms and distributed architectures.
Familiarity with data engineering tools like Pandas and Spark.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Build and iterate AI solutions tailored to customer needs.
Own delivery end-to-end from scoping to production.
