We are looking for a Client Executive to be employed in our Milan office.

Role Purpose

You will be an integral part of daily client communication, handling key information regarding assets, status meetings, and overall project knowledge and processes. You will become a trusted partner to both the internal team and clients, demonstrated through your ability to accomplish tasks thoughtfully and work collaboratively towards common goals. You should always seek opportunities to work on various projects and productions to further develop your skills and demonstrate leadership through successful campaign management from start to finish.

Key Accountabilities

As the Account Executive, you will :

  • Be the day-to-day resource for clients on projects, inquiries, and requests, building solid rapport with appropriate clients.
  • Partner with clients for strategic and executional needs.
  • Understand client needs to create clear briefings and reports, setting precise directions internally on projects.
  • Manage projects and assignments independently, proactively resolving problems and issues creatively along the way.
  • Know when and how to keep the Client Supervisor / Director informed on key project details and when to seek feedback from Account Services management.
  • Effectively communicate agency strategies, creative ideas, and viewpoints.

Person Specification

  • 2+ years of account management experience.
  • 1+ years of creative agency experience.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and logical internal and client documents.
  • Understanding of social and digital development and production processes.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proactivity and curiosity are essential qualities.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand client needs.
