We are looking for a Client Executive to be employed in our Milan office.

Role Purpose

You will be an integral part of daily client communication regarding assets, status meetings, and overall project knowledge and process. You will become a trusted partner to both the internal team and clients, demonstrated through your ability to accomplish tasks thoughtfully and work collaboratively towards common goals. You should constantly seek opportunities to work on various projects and productions to develop your skills and lead successful campaigns from start to finish.

Key Accountabilities

As the Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the daily resource for clients on projects and inquiries, building strong rapport with clients.
  • Partnering with clients for strategic and executional needs.
  • Understanding client needs to create clear briefings and reports, setting precise directions internally.
  • Managing projects independently and proactively resolving issues creatively.
  • Knowing when and how to inform the Client Supervisor/Director of key project details and when to seek management feedback.
  • Effectively promoting agency strategies, creative ideas, and viewpoints.

Person Specification

  • At least 2 years of account management experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a creative agency.
  • Ability to produce clear, concise, and logical internal and client documents.
  • Understanding of social and digital development and production processes.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proactivity and curiosity are essential traits.
  • Excellent listening skills and understanding of client needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
