A luxury fashion brand in Rome is seeking a Client Advisor to provide exceptional service and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury sales and strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for fashion. Responsibilities include managing client relations and operating retail systems. Fluency in English and Italian is required.
As a FENDI Ambassador, the Client Advisor is expected to provide an extraordinary and luxurious experience to clients by promoting FENDI's history, craftsmanship, quality of materials, and creativity.
Lead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs.
Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal FENDI customer base, utilizing appropriate CRM tools.
Manage customer service quality to meet client expectations by offering professional and personalized service.
Operate retail management systems accurately for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database management.
Support inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.
Previous experience in fashion/luxury sales, jewelry, or hospitality is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
Maintain high standards of personal image.
Possess strong selling and communication skills.
Exhibit excellent relationship skills, be self-reliant, friendly, and patient.
Demonstrate organization, professionalism, and self-confidence.
Have strong customer service skills.
Possess computer skills and knowledge of retail management systems.
Adopt a goal-oriented approach, capable of multitasking.
Have a strong interest in or knowledge of the fashion/luxury industry.
Fluent in English and Italian.
