We are seeking a Client Advisor for our Rome location, belonging to protected categories.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients warmly and guide them through collections, creating a unique and personalized shopping experience.
  • Actively contribute to achieving sales goals, both individual and team-based.
  • Set up the store following Visual Merchandising guidelines to best showcase products.
  • Collaborate with the team, ensuring order and care of display spaces and stock.
  • Manage cash operations and back-office activities, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Use performance KPIs as tools to monitor and constantly improve results.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of at least one year in a similar role.
  • Strong relational and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on sales.
  • Availability to work part-time (21h/24h) in shifts.
  • Belonging to protected categories.

Additional Information

We offer a fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment, directly with the company.

Salary: €22,000 - €26,000 depending on experience.

Working hours: Part-time 21h/24h.

Work location: Rome.
