JOB PURPOSE

As a Prada Client Advisor, you will ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience, focusing on clients' needs and expectations, fostering meaningful relationships, and acting as a Brand Ambassador. You will promote the Brand philosophy and values, guiding clients into the Prada world, and achieving individual and store sales targets through excellent service both in-store and online.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create a welcoming environment, meeting customer needs with excellence according to the “client journey”;
  • Exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to store success;
  • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and Prada/Miu Miu history, culture, and DNA;
  • Capture client data using CRM to personalize and develop relationships;
  • Follow up with clients to strengthen long-term relationships;
  • Conduct appointments in person or virtually;
  • Promote an Omni Channel approach;
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise clients effectively;
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management;
  • Handle products with care and respect;
  • Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury experience;
  • Participate in daily store operations and maintain stock organization;
  • Adhere to operational, stock, security, and reporting procedures;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive environment, embracing diversity and inclusion.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Passion for human relations and sales, problem-solving skills, curiosity about luxury, fashion, art, and design. Ability to build lasting client relationships, work independently and in teams, with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of the product category and proficiency in English are required; additional languages are a plus.
