Job Description

How will you make an impact?

  • Strive to achieve boutique and personal sales targets with active participation in the daily sales process.
  • Develop sales initiatives, including high-price item sales activities.
  • Greet, serve, and advise clients, providing excellent service at all times while introducing additional and alternative sales, and offering guidance on product selection.
  • Process cash and card payments, and balance cash registers with receipts.
  • Receive and store large stock deliveries.
  • Stock shelves with merchandise.

How will you experience success with us?

  • At least 3 years of experience in retail boutique sales.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Strong customer and goal orientation.
  • Elegance, outstanding manners, a confident sense of style, and an appreciation of luxury items.
  • Ability to plan and organize work with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for art and design.
  • Reliable, rigorous, with a high sense of responsibility.
