We are currently recruiting Client Advisors for our new A|X Armani Exchange Store in Catania (Centro Sicilia).
This position demands a high level of skill, ability, and dedication. As a Brand Ambassador, the Client Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by understanding clients' needs, fostering long-lasting relationships, and identifying sales opportunities.
Utilizing extensive product and brand knowledge, they engage customers through storytelling and personalized style recommendations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maximize sales and profitability, aiming for top performance and customer satisfaction.
• Build genuine relationships with customers to enhance their experience and foster brand loyalty.
• Use product expertise on fabrics, craftsmanship, and trends to engage customers.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, product care, and stock management.
• Collaborate with the team on daily operations and inventory activities.

Requirements

Must have skills:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the Fashion & Luxury industry;
• Higher education diploma or degree;
• Fluent knowledge of English;
• Passion for fashion, with an eye for trends;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to build authentic client relationships;
• Strong team player, collaborative, proactive, and positive attitude.
