A leading luxury brand, Moncler, is seeking a full-time Client Advisor in Naples. The role focuses on providing exceptional client service, achieving sales targets, and fostering long-term client relationships. Ideal candidates have experience in luxury retail, excellent interpersonal skills, and are fluent in English.

Competenze

  • Previous experience in sales roles, especially luxury retail.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Passionate about retail and understanding of the luxury sector.

We are looking for a full-time Client Advisor to complete the team in our Store in Naples.

The Client Advisor, with impeccable presentation and natural elegance will guide each single client across the brand’s values and heritage, gaining a strong understanding of the client and their needs and building a profitable, long-lasting relationship.

The Client Advisor, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results while contributing to the team targets aswell.

ACTIVITIES:

  • Ensures an unique client experience, supporting Customers and providing a warm and welcoming environment;
  • Achieves excellent selling performances and results;
  • Implements and maintains Company’s Visual standards in store ensuring replenishment and stock management;
  • Active cooperates during preparation and execution of inventories;
  • Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, being a reliable partner.

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Available from September;
  • Previous experience in sales roles, experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus;
  • Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;
  • Passionate about Retail, Client oriented and with commercial mindset;
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in English, proficiency in another language is considered as a plus.
