Client Advisor

The Client Advisor represents the Company with clients in our Boutique. He / She is a professional in the sales of luxury goods and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role involves cooperation to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals set for the Store.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate polyvalently to serve the store, aiming for the highest customer satisfaction.
  • Align with the style and Brand standards throughout the sales process and after-sales service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive environment and monitor performance levels.
  • Receive and display products according to procedures.
  • Maintain a tidy workspace following Company guidelines.

Sales

  • Follow Company standards during the sales process.
  • Provide and maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Manage commercial relations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Client Management & CRM

  • Ensure efficient and caring after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty, promoting the Brand image.
  • Manage claims with supervisor support.
  • Turn every customer interaction into a positive experience, enhancing Brand image.
  • Communicate client information to Management.
  • Follow up on client requests.

  • Experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
  • Alignment with Loro Piana brand and products.
  • Strong luxury touch and approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
