Client Advisor - Milano Galleria (Temporary Contract)

The Client Advisor represents the Company with clients in our Boutique. He / She is a professional in the sales of luxury goods and is responsible for the satisfaction and loyalty of every customer. He / She cooperates to reach the qualitative and quantitative goals set in their Store.

Job responsibilities

  1. Is polyvalent, constantly operating to serve the store, with the aim of achieving the highest customer satisfaction.
  2. Is aligned to the style and to the Brand qualitative standards during the whole sales process and after-sales.
  3. Cooperates with colleagues to create a positive environment and pays attention to performance levels.
  4. Receives and displays products according to procedures.
  5. Constantly maintains a tidy working place according to the Company guidelines.
  6. Is responsible for the sales process following the Company standards.
  7. Provides and maintains a high level of customer service.
  8. Manages commercial relations with clients to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.

Client management & CRM

  1. Ensures after-sales service with the same level of efficiency and care to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty, promoting the Brand image.
  2. Manages claims with supervisor support.
  3. Turns every touchpoint with customers into a positive situation, always promoting Brand image.
  4. Communicates collected information regarding clients to Management.
  5. Executes follow-up of clients’ requests.

Profile
