Job Details

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Client Advisor for a prestigious Italian luxury brand boutique in Milan, focusing on menswear. Join our dedicated team to enhance customer experiences in the fashion and luxury sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with sales and manage daily boutique operations
• Provide excellent customer service, including welcoming and advising clients
• Engage in clienteling, manage CRM, and tell stories about products and collections
• Handle cash operations and foster customer loyalty

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Client Advisor in retail, with a focus on assisted sales and customer care
• Strong client loyalty orientation
• Good appearance, cheerful personality, and team spirit
• Excellent English language skills; knowledge of a third language is a plus

Work Schedule and Contract

Full-time (40 hours/week), working on shifts from Monday to Sunday

Contract Type: Permanent, directly with the client company
