We are looking for a Client Advisor to join our Milan Sant'Andrea team!

Job responsibilities

As a Client Advisor at RIMOWA, your role is to:

  1. Provide an outstanding and unforgettable client experience. Whether they are long-time RIMOWA brand ambassadors or discovering our products for the first time, ensuring that our clients embark on their own personal RIMOWA journeys is our top priority.
  2. Build long-term relationships with our clientele by leveraging our tools to foster brand loyalty.
  3. Assist with special requests and perform repairs in coordination with our client care department.
  4. Be a team player, first and foremost, who is eager to learn about our products, our brand, and its history. A team player at RIMOWA is diplomatic, embodies our values, collaborates with colleagues, and is always there to lift the team spirit.
Profile
