Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our boutique located in the heart of Milan's Quadrilatero, dedicated to children's fashion and lifestyle. As part of our sales team, you will provide an exceptional shopping experience, build lasting client relationships, and embody our brand’s values through impeccable service. The role will focus on our men’s ready-to-wear collection, offering expertise and personalized assistance in this category.

Your Contribution to the Role

  • Provide personalized and outstanding shopping experiences, embodying the brand values.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Stay updated with the latest products, trends, and brand knowledge to offer expert guidance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and store sales targets, contributing to the boutique’s success.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring an inviting environment aligned with brand standards.
  • Support stock management to ensure product availability and replenish merchandise as needed.
  • Handle customer transactions professionally and smoothly.
  • Participate in store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
