CLIENT ADVISOR - ROME

NEW OPENING BOUTIQUE - UP TO €28K

ABOUT:

* Heritage, attention to details and research into unique fabrics and techniques

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Being UpToDate with collections, deep knowledge of products and aim to exceed targeted KPI's
* Assist with all daily operations, working along with colleagues and management, being able to maintain an impeccable floor, stockroom and VM, as per company request
* Able to provide an excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book and after sales processes
* Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele

REQUIREMENTS:

* At least 2/3 year's experience in a premium or luxury fashion industry
* Currently working with KPIs, CRM & clients appointments
* Fluent in English language

OFFERING:

* Salary up to €28K, according to experience
* Great Benefits and Individual Commissions
* 40 hours per week
