Dolce cerca un Client Advisor per il punto vendita all'aeroporto Fiumicino, Roma, per offrire un servizio di lusso e costruire rapporti con clientela internazionale. Il ruolo prevede raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita, conoscenza aggiornata delle collezioni e collaborazione con il team del negozio all'interno di un contesto duty-free di lusso.

La posizione richiede esperienza nel retail di lusso, eccellenti capacità comunicative in italiano ed inglese, e disponibilità a orari full-time,

• Esperienza in vendita al dettaglio di lusso.
• Passione per il lusso e eccellenza nel servizio clienti.
• Fluenza in italiano e inglese richiesta.
• Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazionali.
• Mentalità orientata agli obiettivi e spirito commerciale.
• Conoscenza del settore fashion lusso, tendenze e aspettative.
• Attenzione ai dettagli e conoscenza di principi di visual merchandising.
• Conoscenza delle procedure Tax Free e spedizioni internazionali è un vantaggio.

• Flessibilità per turni, weekend e festività in aeroporto.

Job description

The selected candidate will join the boutique team located at Fiumicino Airport, one of Europe's busiest international travel hubs, serving a diverse and global clientele.

Within this dynamic and multicultural environment, the role is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand representation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized and outstanding shopping experience, consistently representing the brand's values and service standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients by anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Provide expert product knowledge by staying up to date with new collections, product launches and luxury fashion trends.
• Contribute to the achievement of individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective sales techniques.
• Support visual merchandising activities and ensure the boutique presentation is always aligned with brand standards.
• Assist with stock management operations, ensuring product availability and supporting replenishment activities.
• Manage sales transactions accurately and professionally, ensuring a seamless and positive checkout experience.
• Collaborate closely with the boutique team to support daily operations and commercial objectives.
• Participate in boutique events and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and strengthen brand visibility.

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion retail or other client-facing sales environments.
• Strong passion for luxury fashion and excellence in customer service.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages (such as Chinese, Russian or Arabic) are considered a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with an international clientele.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong commercial attitude and the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, trends and customer expectations.
• Attention to detail and understanding of visual merchandising principles.
• Knowledge of Tax Free procedures and international shipping is considered an advantage.
• Team-oriented attitude and strong collaboration skills.
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in line with airport retail operations.

Applicable Collective Agreement (CCNL): CCNL Commercio

Indicative salary range: Gross Annual Salary between €28,000 and €32,000, based on experience and seniority, plus sales commissions.
