KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prioritize the client experience, possessing in-depth knowledge of client needs, desires, and expectations.
- Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
- Master storytelling and ask engaging questions to connect with clients.
- Create long-term, authentic bonds with clients by making the experience personalized and meaningful.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive individual and team sales objectives, being accountable for sales results.
- Engage proactively in cross-selling with all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of brand and products.
- Manage payment operations, including returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free transactions, accurately and punctually.
- Ensure the shop floor and visual displays are maintained to high standards, complying with operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to security measures, preventing product thefts through attentive practices such as tagging merchandise.
- Stay updated with fashion trends and competitors, thinking innovatively about improvements and new initiatives.
- Develop and nurture meaningful, loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
- Drive sales by understanding client desires and creating personalized experiences to optimize sales performance.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in sales roles; experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies is a plus; passionate about retail, client service, and commercial mindset.
- Strong understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to evolve within the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus.
- Digitally aware and open to new working methods.
