A leading fashion company is seeking a Client Advisor for its Emporio Armani store at Linate Airport. You will be responsible for delivering excellent client experiences and maintaining the luxury image of the boutique. Ideal candidates should have a passion for fashion and proven experience in similar roles, along with strong communication skills.

Competenze

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Fashion & Luxury industry.
  • Fluent knowledge of English.
  • Strong passion for the fashion industry.

Mansioni

  • Ensure an outstanding client experience in-store.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and cultivate client loyalty.
  • Maintain an impeccable image of the boutique.

Within the Emporio Armani store in Linate Airport, you will join as a Client Advisor, reflecting the brand philosophy with professionalism, attention to detail, and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure excellence by offering an outstanding Client Experience
  2. Build client loyalty by engaging potential, new, or existing clients
  3. Monitor your own performance and achieve the assigned KPIs
  4. Maintain an impeccable image of the boutique
  5. Ensure product maintenance, replenishment on the floor, and knowledge of warehouse stock to restock shelves and maximize sales

Requirements:

Must have skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in the same role, preferably within the Fashion & Luxury industry
  • Fluent knowledge of English
  • Strong interest and passion for the fashion industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team spirit

Nice to have skills:

  • Mastery of clienteling activities
  • Fluency in any other language besides English is appreciated
