Competenze

• Expérience de 2+ ans en tant que conseiller client, de préférence dans le secteur de la mode et du luxe.

Context and purpose of the job :

Within the Emporio Armani store in Florence, you will join the team as a Client Advisor. In particular, you will reflect the brand philosophy and be characterized by professionalism, attention to detail, and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure excellence by offering an outstanding Client Experience
• Build client loyalty, engaging potential, new, or existing clients
• Monitor your own performance, achieving the assigned KPIs
• Provide an impeccable image of the boutique
• Ensure product good maintenance, replenishment on the floor, knowing the warehouse stock of all categories to ensure re-stock shelves and maximize sales

Profile requirements :

Must-have skills :

• 2+ years of experience in the same role, possibly within the Fashion & Luxury industry
• Higher education diploma and / or degree
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Strong interest and passion for the fashion industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team spirit

Nice-to-have skills :

• Mastery of clienteling activities
• Fluency in any other language besides English is surely appreciated
