Overview and purpose of role: In La Rinascente, Rome, under the leadership of Management, as a Client Advisor at Christian Louboutin, you play a key role in translating our brand DNA and story to clients. You maintain our brand image while transforming client expectations into sales success and loyalty. You are the voice of Christian Louboutin and an ambassador for our brand, products, values, and culture.

Under management guidance, you will provide an outstanding, personalized, efficient, and discreet client experience. As part of a high-performing sales team, you will focus on creating desire for the brand, delivering exceptional customer service, sharing knowledge about our luxurious collections, maintaining the store's condition, and ensuring client loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Service Delivery: Participate in all training events, provide exceptional customer experience by following the Christian Louboutin Sales Ceremony, reflect the luxury brand image through your attitude, grooming, and behavior, and respond professionally to client queries and issues.
  2. Results Driven: Be aware of business performance and market trends, strive to meet KPIs, and prioritize products to achieve sales targets.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop extensive knowledge of all products, including design, craftsmanship, materials, and care, to provide exceptional service and build sales.
  4. Relationship Building & CRM: Build and maintain strong client relationships, foster loyalty, and actively grow your client base through outreach and events.
  5. Team Work: Collaborate proactively with team members, support daily operations, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Be comfortable with physical aspects of the role, including standing for long periods and manual handling.
