Antonio Marras entered the fashion industry somewhat by chance in 1987. He debuted in Milan with his eponymous collection in 1999. From the beginning, he has been recognized for his experimentation and his ability to tell stories about the diverse realities surrounding him, creating blends of art, music, dance, theater, and cinema, which is his great passion. Always difficult to classify strictly as a designer, and fostering dialogue between haute couture and ready-to-wear, Antonio Marras remains unique in his genre, applying his personal vision across various fields. For him, fashion is a bridge among all languages, a space for free expression, a new alphabet through which he communicates with the world and expresses himself. Deeply connected to his homeland, Antonio makes it his strength and an inexhaustible source of research and inspiration. Key elements of Marras' style include meticulous attention to craftsmanship, a pursuit of innovation in new materials, and reinterpretation of universal concepts. The 'ligazzio rubio,' meaning 'red thread' in Sardinian, is the unmistakable mark of the maison—a true 'fil rouge,' a thread of passion connecting all his creations.

For the new Milan opening, we are seeking a Client Advisor. Responsibilities include:

  1. Welcoming clients and promoting the brand's culture, conveying the spirit of Antonio Marras.
  2. Being a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand in person.
  3. Achieving store sales goals, constantly monitoring KPIs, and employing effective sales techniques, with particular focus on up-selling and cross-selling.
  4. Ensuring the correct application of the Antonio Marras customer experience (sales ceremony), providing excellent service pre- and post-sale.
  5. Gathering and updating client information and purchase history to develop a relevant client portfolio, understanding their needs and buying behaviors.
  6. Contributing to a positive work environment based on sharing know-how and best practices.
  7. Following visual merchandising guidelines.
  8. Managing stock reordering and inventory effectively.

Requirements include:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury sector.
  2. Passion for fashion, knowledge of trends, and a strong sensitivity to products.
  3. Excellent sales skills and goal orientation.
  4. Fluent knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.
  5. Flexibility, dynamism, teamwork, excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and initiative.
