Antonio Marras arrives in fashion almost by chance in 1987. He debuts in Milan with his eponymous collection in 1999. From the beginning, he is recognized for his experimentation and his ability to tell the different realities surrounding him, creating blends of art, music, dance, theater, and cinema, which is his great passion.
Remaining always unclassifiable as a pure stylist and fostering dialogue between haute couture and RTW, Antonio Marras remains unique in his kind, applying his personal vision to all fields he explores.
Fashion, for him, is a link between all other languages, a space for free expression, a new alphabet that he uses to dialogue with the world and, at the same time, to express his own.
Strongly tied to his land of origin, Antonio makes it his strength and his inexhaustible source of research and inspiration. Key elements of Marras' style include: meticulous attention to craftsmanship, a pursuit of innovation with new materials, and the re-elaboration of universal concepts. The "ligazzio rubio," meaning "red thread" in Sardinian, is the unmistakable sign of the maison. A true "fil rouge," a thread of passion that unites all his creations.

For the new opening in Fidenza, we are looking for a client advisor.

Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome clients, promoting the brand's culture and conveying the spirit of Antonio Marras; being a client advisor means being a Brand Ambassador for the brand;
  2. Achieve store sales objectives, constantly monitor KPIs, and use appropriate techniques for effective selling (with particular attention to up-selling and cross-selling);
  3. Ensure the correct application of the Antonio Marras customer experience (sales ceremony) by providing excellent service before and after sales;
  4. Collect and update customer information and purchase history to develop a relevant client portfolio that allows understanding their needs and buying attitudes;
  5. Contribute to creating a positive work environment and a team based on sharing know-how and best practices;
  6. Follow visual merchandising guidelines;
  7. Ensure proper stock replenishment and effective management of warehouse stock.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury sector;
  2. Great passion for fashion, knowledge of trends, and strong sensitivity to the product;
  3. Excellent sales skills and goal orientation;
  4. Fluent knowledge of English; knowledge of a second language is considered a plus;
  5. Flexibility, dynamism, teamwork, excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and initiative complete the profile.
