A leading fashion brand in Milan seeks a Client Advisor to ensure an exclusive shopping experience. Responsibilities include providing excellent service, supporting retail operations, and acting as a Brand Ambassador. Candidates should have 3-5 years of luxury retail experience and be fluent in Italian and English, plus a third language is a plus.

The Aeffe Group, a multi-national company in the fashion and luxury sector, is active in the creation, production and distribution of a wide range of products including prêt-à-porter, footwear, leather goods, lingerie and beachwear.
The Group develops, produces and distributes, with constant attention to uniqueness and exclusivity, its collections through the proprietary brands, "Alberta Ferretti", "Moschino" and "Pollini".

For the new opening of “Alberta Ferretti” store in Milan, we are looking for a Client Advisor.
The resource, reporting to the Store Manager, will take care of our customers providing an excellent service and ensuring to clients an exclusive shopping experience. He/she will support the Store Manager and collaborate with the team to take care of the retail operations, and back office activities.
The Client Advisor will work as a “Brand Ambassador”, able to represent the values and the image of our Brand.

Key Requirements:

  • Luxury Retail experience (minimum 3/5 years).
  • Assertive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and problem solving ability.
  • Commercial awareness, goal oriented and strong attitude in managing an effective selling ceremony and a satisfying customer service.
  • Stock control, ability in visual merchandising and display.
  • Strong interest for the Fashion & Luxury world.
  • Fluent in Italian and English. The knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.

Hours: full time.
Location: via della Spiga, Milano.
