Marni is seeking a

• Sales Associate to join its team
• Profile
• Greeting customers;
• Involved in stock control and management;
• Assisting customers in finding products;
• Providing advice and guidance on product selection;
• Processing cash and card payments;
• Reporting discrepancies and issues to the supervisor;
• Handling customer refunds;
• Dealing with customer complaints responsibly;
• Working within established brand guidelines;
• Attaching tags to merchandise on the sales floor;
• Receiving and storing stock deliveries;
• Updating oneself on promotions and creating displays.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Associate in the Luxury/Fashion industry is a plus;
• Experience in RTW and accessories sales;
• Friendly, engaging personality;
• Comfortable working with the public;
• Confident and results-oriented manner;
• Helpful, polite, positive attitude, and reliable behavior;
• Ability to work as part of a boutique team;
• Knowledge of inventory techniques;
• Fluent in English and Russian.
