Stone Island is an Italian luxury men's apparel brand renowned for its innovative fabric treatments, technical outerwear, and distinctive aesthetic. Established in 1982 by Massimo Osti, the brand is characterized by its commitment to research and experimentation, often pushing the boundaries of fashion with advanced fabric technologies and dyeing techniques.

We are looking for a full-time Client Advisor to complete the team in our Outlet in Serravalle Scrivia.

ACTIVITIES :

  • Ensures an unique client experience, supporting Customers and providing a warm and welcoming environment;
  • Achieves excellent selling performances and results;
  • Implements and maintains Company’s Visual standards in store ensuring replenishment and stock management ;
  • Active cooperates during preparation and execution of inventories;
  • Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, being a reliable partner.

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Previous experience in sales roles, experience in structured Fashion Luxury / Retail Companies is a plus;
  • Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;
  • Passionate about Retail, Client oriented and with commercial mindset;
  • Excellentunderstanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Willingness to evolve in the organisation, willingness to relocate is a plus;
  • Fluency in English, proficiency in another language is considered as a plus.
