Established in 1982 by Massimo Osti, the brand is characterized by its commitment to research and experimentation, often pushing the boundaries of fashion with advanced fabric technologies and dyeing techniques.

We are looking for a full-time Client Advisor to complete our team in our Outlet in Serravalle Scrivia.

Activities:

  • Ensure a unique client experience by supporting customers and providing a warm and welcoming environment;
  • Achieve excellent sales performance and results;
  • Implement and maintain the company's visual standards in-store, ensuring replenishment and stock management;
  • Actively cooperate during the preparation and execution of inventories;
  • Work effectively and enthusiastically with the team, conveying energy and motivation, and being a reliable partner.

Main Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales roles; experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies is a plus;
  • Previous international experience in both professional and non-professional contexts;
  • Passionate about retail, client-oriented, and with a commercial mindset;
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Willingness to grow within the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus;
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in another language is considered an advantage.
