• 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, specifically in womenswear.
• Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.

For the next season 2025, we are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Client Advisor based in Porto Cervo.

As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand
• Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor
• Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers
• Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines
• Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through effective product knowledge
• Ensure to build long-lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i.e. CRM)
• Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff
• Support basic cash operations when necessary (is trained to use the till)

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in womenswear in luxury retail.
