Responsibilities
- Consistently reach and exceed personal and store sales target, both on a monthly and annual basis, while elevating and assisting in business growth.
- Implement business strategies following the guidance of the Store Manager, while staying informed about the performance of the Store.
- Achieve and exceed personal KPI objectives by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the highest standards of sales quality. With focus on customer relationship management (CRM) and Omni Channel.
- Ensure outstanding Client satisfaction and outstanding Client service by implementing the \"Brand Selling Ceremony\".
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in a beauty / fragrances or luxury retail environment.
- High level of flexibility and ability to problem solve. Demonstrated capability to achieve and exceed both individual and store performance targets.
- Proficiency in English is required and Arabic language is a plus.
Offering
- Salary up to €35,000, depending on experience.
- Commission scheme + ticket restaurant + health insurance.
- 1 year Fix Term Contract to start with, with the possibility to renew it.
