Strive to achieve boutique and personal sales targets with active participation in the daily sales process. Responsibilities Greet, serve, and advise clients, providing the best service possible at all times while introducing additional and alternative sales, and offering guidance on product selection. Be an ambassador of Montblanc, representing the Maison at all times. Communicate your passion for the Maison to each client, confidently guiding them through the inspirations behind each product. Study the storytelling of each collection, understanding the inspiration and how the Maison has reinterpreted it in our creations. Handle cash and card payments, and balance cash registers with receipts. Manage the delivery of stock, including verifying accuracy, quality checking, and proper storage in the back office. Success Factors You will :
Have previous experience in a sales role within a boutique. Be fluent in Chinese, English, and Italian. Have a strong customer and goal orientation. Demonstrate elegance, outstanding manners, a confident sense of style, and an appreciation for luxury items. Show the ability to plan and organize work, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Possess a passion for Art and Design. Be reliable, rigorous, and highly responsible. Be comfortable with digital tools and proficient in CRM applications, understanding their commercial logic. Be accountable for the successful operation of the boutique. Exhibit exceptional selling skills, outstanding customer focus, and excellent communication skills. Be an excellent team player, supporting colleagues whenever needed.
