Role: Caring, authentic, trusted Client Advisor: An intuitive sales associate with a passion for style. A powerful communicator, handling clients with personal care and empathy, always putting the client at the center of every decision. Courageous with ideas and innovative in approach, always eager to grow and learn.

The Job: Transform each client experience into a magical moment by creating a personalized experience that makes the client feel confident and energized. Build long-term, authentic relationships with clients by making their experience truly about them. Demonstrate active leadership on the sales floor to drive individual and team objectives, being accountable for sales results.

Essentials: Act and think first of the client and their experience. Possess in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs, and expectations of luxury clients. Master storytelling and asking engaging questions. Think innovatively about how to improve and generate new ways of creating value and magic for clients.

Mission Details: Provide excellent and specialized customer service by creating emotionally enriched relationships. Develop and nurture meaningful, loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives. Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating personalized experiences to achieve the best sales performance.

Languages: Proficiency in Italian and English. Additional languages are advantageous.
