As a Client Account, you will be responsible for building an enduring, trusted client relationship while focusing on sales, revenue, delivery, and client satisfaction. Work closely with the head of the Client Group to create, own, execute, and maintain the Client Account Plan for Avanade and drive integration with Accenture and Microsoft.

Key requirements include:

  • 5 years of experience within sales area, especially in the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Industry knowledge in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Retail
  • Understanding client business needs and recommending suitable technology solutions
  • Experience in Resources industries such as Chemicals, Energy, Natural Resources & Utilities, Oil & Gas
  • Ability to build customer satisfaction, loyalty, and secure organizational resources
  • Strategic thinking aligned with organization’s vision and strategy
  • Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking
  • Adaptability to change, risk management, and contingency planning
