On behalf of a partner University we are recruiting a Class Coordinator to support their online BSc and MSc programs. Working closely with academic staff, faculty members, and students to ensure program quality (further information will be provided during the interview).

Your Role :

  • Provide administrative support to academic staff and faculty, manage course schedules, and maintain records and databases.
  • Act as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.
  • Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.
  • Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.
  • Liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.
  • Analyze program data to identify areas of improvement and develop enhancement strategies.
  • Maintain records, reports, and program-related documentation.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience (senior) or 1-2 years (junior) in a similar role, preferably in higher education .
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education.
