Job Description

IA Group is looking for an enthusiastic individual with a legal or negotiations background for an entry-level position within the Europe Team in Milan.

We are seeking a

• Italian and English speaking “Legal Insolvency Analyst”

This role involves negotiation and mediation with involved parties regarding claims in insolvency cases. There will be close cooperation with colleagues in Amsterdam and other European offices.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
• Additional languages are a plus
• Work experience in legal, international trade, or insurance claims is a plus
• Relevant educational background, e.g., business or law studies
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to learn quickly
• Strong team-working and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Capable of independently handling investigations and insolvency cases
• Resident of the greater Milan area (relocation support not provided)
