The role requires reporting expertise to assist Business Managers in decision-making. The candidate should be proactive, collaborative, and able to work with various units within the department, company, and global entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement management controlling systems to monitor business and strategic initiatives.
• Assess the impact of initiatives on financial statements.
• Collaborate with Claims Department units and global entities to deploy initiatives.
• Update and revise priorities based on initiative results.
• Suggest additional initiatives to meet targets.
• Coordinate reporting at the Allianz Group level.

Key Requirements / Skills / Experience

• Master's degree in Economics, Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in consultancy, planning & controlling, M&A, or data analytics.
• Proactive collaboration skills with business functions and headquarters.
• Proficiency in SAS (Base, Macro, ODS), Microsoft Office, VBA, SQL, Power BI, Celonis, and strong analytical and communication skills in English.
