Job Description:

Key activities and responsibilities:

As part of the Civil team and specifically within the Geotechnical Group, the Geotechnical Engineer will work with the Project Civil Leader on the following tasks:

• Preparing:

* specifications for geotechnical and topographical surveys;

* project specifications for earthworks;

* work requisitions for tenders;

* geotechnical interpretative reports;

• Collaborating in the identification of external service providers, drawing up technical specifications, evaluating offers, and managing suppliers to ensure technical interface with the project team;
• Defining pile bearing capacities and shallow foundations;
• Studying geotechnical surveys;
• Following up on geotechnical-structural interface engineering;
• Designing Soil–structure interaction where necessary.

Personal Attributes:

• Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or a Master's in Geotechnical Engineering;
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering within plant engineering companies in the petrochemical, oil & gas, or power sectors;
• Experience working in international teams across different locations;
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
• Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Plaxis;
• Willingness to relocate abroad for work at site or office.
