Le candidat idéal possédera un diplôme en ingénierie géotechnique et au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans le secteur pétrochimique ou énergétique. Ce poste implique la préparation de spécifications techniques et la coordination avec des équipes internationales. Une maîtrise de l'anglais et des outils comme Civil 3D et AutoCAD est nécessaire.

Job Description:

Key activities and responsibilities:

As part of the Civil team and specifically within the Geotechnical Group, the Geotechnical Engineer will collaborate with the Project Civil Leader on the following tasks:

• Prepare:

* specifications for geotechnical and topographical surveys;

* project specifications for earthworks;

* work requisitions for tenders;

* geotechnical interpretative reports;

• Coordinate with external service providers when necessary, including identifying specialized suppliers, drafting technical specifications, evaluating offers with technical opinions, and managing suppliers to ensure technical alignment with the project team;
• Define pile bearing capacities and shallow foundations;
• Study geotechnical surveys;
• Follow up on geotechnical-structural interface engineering;
• Design soil–structure interaction where necessary.

Personal Attributes:

• Degree in Civil Geotechnical Engineering or a Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering;
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering within plant engineering companies in the petrochemical, oil & gas, or power sectors;
• Experience working in international teams across different locations (engineering centers or sites);
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
• Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Plaxis;
• Available for international transfers to sites and/or offices.
