Una rinomata azienda di ingegneria cerca un Ingegnere Civile e Strutturale per progettare impianti industriali in vari settori, inclusi petrolchimico e tecnologie verdi. Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea in ingegneria civile e strutturale e almeno 7-10 anni di esperienza. Sarà responsabile di fornire supporto tecnico, gestire progetti e garantire la conformità agli standard di qualità.

As a Civil & Structural Engineer in the ROIS Division, you will work in our Civil/Piping Team to design industrial plants within upstream and downstream projects, as well as green technology plants. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing technical support during feasibility and bidding phases, including commercial proposal development.
2. Supporting the execution phase of projects across all stages.
3. Performing technical tasks related to civil & structural engineering, including reinforced concrete, geotechnical matters, piling works, steel structures (including connection details), and structural concrete/steel buildings; preparing technical/design specifications; conducting design, verification, and checking activities to ensure compliance with project requirements regarding budget, schedule, and quality standards.
4. Monitoring and controlling man-hour consumption.
5. Managing change orders and scope variances in a timely manner.
6. Having knowledge of 3D modeling environments.
7. Interfacing with other discipline specialists to gather information and coordinate activities.
8. Gathering and recording experiences to improve and harmonize work methodologies.

The Civil & Structural Engineer is responsible for executing activities within their scope, ensuring compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards.

Qualifications: Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or a related field.

English language proficiency: Good, both written and spoken.

Employment type: Permanent Contract.

Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in civil & structural design within an engineering environment, preferably in Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, or green technologies such as CO2 capture, plastic recycling, or green hydrogen.

Knowledge of international engineering codes and standards: American, European, with focus on Italian regulations.

IT Skills: Proficiency in structural design and analysis software, data management, programming, and BIM tools. Relevant software includes Office, AutoCAD, MicroStation, SAP2000, STAAD, Foundation3D, Mathcad, Revit, Navisworks, DOLMEN IS Fuoco, CIVIL 3D, among others.

Soft Skills: Teamwork, leadership, cross-functional coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Location: Milan. Willingness to work abroad is required.
