Webuild cerca un Ingegnere Civile Navale per coordinare le attività marittime legate al progetto Messina Bridge. La Lombardia verrà a base d'inizio a Roma, con assegnazione al sito di progetto dopo un periodo di inserimento.

Il candidato dovrà definire soluzioni, gestire team interni ed esterni, supervisionare rilievi e supportare la gestione tecnica e le offerte. Inglese fluente, laurea magistrale e ampia esperienza sono essenziali.

Competenze

• Titolo di studio magistrale in ingegneria civile o equivalente, preferibilmente idraulica marittima o geotecnica.
• 10–15 anni di esperienza nel settore marittimo (design o costruzione).
• Conoscenza delle tecniche di costruzione, pianificazione e supervisione sul cantiere.
• Buona conoscenza dell’italiano e fluente inglese.

Mansioni

• Definizione e valutazione delle soluzioni di progetto per le opere marittime.
• Analisi di criticità tecniche e proposte di miglioramento.
• Coordinamento con team di ingegneria, progettisti esterni e fornitori.
• Ispezioni periodiche delle aree interessate da lavori temporanei e definitivi.
• Supporto ai Coordinatori Tecnici nella preparazione di offerte e metodo di costruzione.
• Assistenza ai servizi tecnici e al Project Management nella verifica del progetto esecutivo.
• Reporting e razionalizzazione del know-how tecnico acquisito.

Main activities

• Definition and evaluation of design solutions for the project's maritime works
• Analysis of technical critical issues and proposal of improvement solutions
• Coordination with engineering teams, external designers, and specialist suppliers
• Periodic inspections of the areas affected by the temporary and permanent works
• Support to Technical Coordinators in the preparation of technical bids and the definition of construction methods
• Assistance to technical services and the Project Management in the verification of the executive design and the management of any variations
• Reporting and capitalization of the technical know-how gained

Requirements

• Master's degree in civil engineering, Hydraulics (Maritime specialization), or Geotechnical Engineering for at least 13 years
• 10–15 years of experience in the maritime sector (design or construction)
• Knowledge of construction techniques, planning, and site supervision
• Familiarity with bathymetric and topographic surveys
• Excellent knowledge ofItalian and fluent English
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Adobe Acrobat

Contractual and economic conditions

Employment contractual level and applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Quadro – CCNL per i dipendenti delle imprese edili e affini.

Annual gross salary range, including complementary and/or variable components: 75,000 – 100,000.
