Clear. cerca un CSA Engineer per un grande progetto di Data Centre a Milano. Il ruolo prevede controllo qualità, interfacce con team di ingegneria e gestione documentazione di cantiere.

Si richiede laurea in Ingegneria Civile o equivalente, almeno 3 anni di esperienza su progetti su larga scala, e competenze in facciate e allestimenti. È preferibile esperienza in data centre.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria Civile o equivalente è essenziale.
• 3+ anni di esperienza su progetti su larga scala.
• Esperienza in facciate e allestimenti; esperienza in data centre è preferibile.

Mansioni

• Controllare i lavori e mantenere il controllo qualità.
• Coordinarsi con i responsabili QA e assicurare la consegna della documentazione in tempi utili.
• Interfacciarsi con subappaltatori per monitorare i progressi e convocare riunioni.
• Gestire la documentazione di cantiere, i tracker, i report settimanali e le riunioni con i fornitori.
• Partecipare a riunioni di cantiere, revisioni di progetto, pianificazione e handover.
• Rivedere i disegni con il team di progettazione e risolvere eventuali problemi.
• Monitorare i lavori dei contraenti e gestire le list di non conformità.
• coordinare le attività per garantire tempi, materiali e risorse.

This leading contractor are seeking an ambitious and forward thinking CSA Engineer on a large-scale Data Centre project to join their growing team in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Checking works carried out and ensure quality control in maintained throughout


• Work part of the Quality team to ensure finished works meet standards required, managing quality of the works set against approved benchmarks, actively coordinate with the QA managers to ensure the correct documentation is submitted in a timely manner by the contractors.


• Liaise with sub-contractors on tracking progress against schedule and Carry out sub-contractors meetings.


• Manage site documentation; RFi's, Tech subs, trackers, weekly and monthly reports, weekly vendor meetings and all documentation associated with the scope you are managing


• Attend and actively participate in Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning, Coordination and lookahead meetings, as well as Handover Meetings.


• Review drawings with design team and effectively solve any issues.


• Actively monitor and snag contractors works ensuring works is installed as per the approved drawings and spec ensuring the highest quality is achieved to ensure zero defects, snag list to be raised on the approved platform and issued to the contractors with follow up walks and close out reports to be issued in a timely manner as the approved QMS.


• Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels, ensure contractors are protecting finished works, prevent damage at all times, raise observations as required. xjrgpwk


• Coordinate works ensuring all trades have adequate time, material and resources to complete their works on program.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or similar is essential


• Ability to work on own initiative


• 3+ years' experience working on large scale projects


• Experience in facades and fit-out projects


• Previous data centre experience desired
